Proficient Capture Super Users,
Proficient will be performing maintenance this Thursday, September 24th beginning at 9:00pm EDT. We expect the application to be available again by 9:30pm EDT. This is a maintenance period only with no functional changes to the application.
Faxes will continue to be received and can be viewed once Proficient becomes available. Please share this information with those users that will be affected. For organizations that routinely access Proficient during this time period, we recommend you have a backup workflow in place.
