Proficient Capture Super Users,

Proficient will be performing maintenance this Friday, October 16th beginning at 9:00pm EDT and ending on October 17th around 1:00am EDT. We expect the application to be available again for end users around 10:00pm EDT, however they may experience intermittent availability until the maintenance is complete. This is an infrastructure maintenance period only with no changes to the application. We will notify you as soon as the system is accessible.

Faxes will continue to be received and can be viewed once Proficient becomes available. There will be some downtime for any HL7 interfaces with Proficient, and we expect those to be restored around 1:00am EDT. Any queued messages will be processed once HL7 is restored.

Please share this information with those users that will be affected. For organizations that routinely access Proficient during this time period, we recommend you have a backup workflow in place. Questions can be directed to our support team at: support@proficienthealth.com
