Proficient Health has issued a new release for Exchange.
You will find that more screen space is now available for the Refer To Practice name so that you are able to see the entire name when making your selection.
In addition, knowing that you have different requirements about documentation for referrals that are within your EMR versus those sent and received from practices not in your EMR, we have given you a way to filter your Sent and Received Referrals board.
On the board, the new filter is "Referral Associations". Selecting "show internal" will filter the board to those referrals between practices in your EMR. Selecting Hide Internal will remove those same referrals from view. Please use this feature to ensure that you are attaching the needed patient documentation to referrals that are with practices outside your EMR.
